2-Inch Seasonal Snow Agreement

Service area

This seasonal plan is available to qualifying Pine City addresses within NorthYard’s designated residential route, extending from Pine City High School to the Pine County Courthouse and from I-35 to Cross Lake, including Woodpecker Ridge, Cross Lake Preserve, and Fawn Meadows.

Coverage dates

November 1, 2026 through April 15, 2027

Seasonal pricing

• Early enrollment price: $599 when paid in full by October 15, 2026

• Regular seasonal price: $699

• Pricing applies to a standard single or double-car residential driveway

• Larger, longer, steep, gravel, or unusually difficult properties may require custom pricing

The seasonal rate reserves your place on NorthYard’s route and includes up to 12 qualifying snow-service visits. Unused visits are not refundable and do not carry over to another season.

What’s included

• Driveway and walkway edge markers installed before winter

• Driveway clearing following snowfalls of 2 inches or more

• Shoveling immediately in front of garage door(s)

• Shoveling one private walkway from the driveway to the front door

• One standard ice-melt application on the included walkway following each qualifying visit

• Clearing a path in front of the mailbox during scheduled service

• Service normally completed within 12 hours after snowfall ends, weather and road conditions permitting

Seasonal visit allowance

The seasonal price includes up to 12 qualifying snow-service visits during the coverage period. Beginning with the 13th qualifying visit, each additional visit will be billed at $49.

A qualifying visit occurs when NorthYard performs scheduled service after snowfall reaches the 2-inch service trigger. Each completed round of driveway clearing, included handwork, and applicable walkway ice-melt service counts as one visit.

Property approval

All properties are subject to approval before enrollment. If a driveway falls outside the standard scope or designated service area, NorthYard will provide a custom price for approval before payment or service begins.
